Terms, Release, and Assumption of Risk
1. NXTUP only connects families with coaches. NXTUP Lacrosse is a booking and referral service. We connect families with independent high school lacrosse players who offer lessons. Coaches are not employees, agents, or representatives of NXTUP. NXTUP does not run, attend, supervise, or control any lesson, and does not train, certify, or guarantee any coach.
2. NXTUP assumes no liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NXTUP Lacrosse and its owners are not responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, theft, property damage, or other claim that arises from a lesson, from travel to or from a lesson, or from any contact between a family and a coach.
3. Assumption of risk. Lacrosse is a physical, contact sport, and players can be injured, sometimes seriously. I understand these risks and choose to let my player take part. My player will wear full protective equipment (helmet, gloves, mouthguard, and pads as needed for their position) and is healthy enough to play.
4. Release. On behalf of myself and my player, I release NXTUP Lacrosse and its owners from all claims connected to lessons booked through this site, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
5. Parent or guardian responsibility. I am responsible for my player's transportation, drop-off, pick-up, and supervision, and for giving the coach an emergency contact and any medical information they should know.
6. Booking and payment. A lesson is confirmed only after NXTUP receives the order text and payment. To cancel or reschedule, text us at least 24 hours before the lesson. Lessons canceled for weather are rescheduled at no charge.
7. Your information. The information you enter is used only to arrange lessons. NXTUP does not sell it.

Who are the coaches?
Varsity high school players from New Jersey programs. Each one is reviewed by NXTUP before their profile goes live, and coaches only teach the positions they play.
Where do lessons happen?
At a public field or park in or near your town. Your coach confirms the exact spot when we confirm the lesson.
Does a parent need to be there?
No. Parents don't need to stay for the lesson. Your coach will stay with your player until a parent or guardian picks them up.
What if we need to reschedule?
Text us at least 24 hours ahead and we'll move it. Weather cancellations are always rescheduled at no charge.
